What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancelation policies differ depending on the booking platform.

Stayz -Holidaymakers who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount that they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, there is no refund.

Airbnb -Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.

Booking.com - Full refund for cancellations within 14 days of check in. If canceled within 14 days of check in a 50% refund will be received.

Is this home safe for babies and children?

Sussex Gem is a one bedroom apartment and is therefore not suitable for children. If you wish to bring your own portable cot, please contact us prior to making your booking.

Tallringa is perfect for families. There is 3 spacious rooms and being located right across the road from Tyrone Foreshore beach, there is plenty for the kids to do.

Are pets allowed?

Sussex Gem - Due to the nature of the property, pets are not allowed

Tallringa - Currently we do not allow pets.
