Included in Your Stay
We provide you with all bed linen and bathroom towels you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. We even provide some coffee and tea to get you started on your relaxing peninsula holiday.
The apartment also boasts a laundry complete with washer and dryer.
Fully Furnished
The apartment features 3 fully furnished bedrooms, with King, Queen and Double beds, a good sized lounge room with plenty of seating for the kids to watch their favourite movie. There is also a lovely day bed where you can curl up with that book you have been meaning to read. There is also a balcony that features a good sized outdoor dining area and bbq to enjoy those beautiful summer peninsula nights.

We booked a last minute getaway for new years with our kids. We had a lovely time. Clean property. All the essentials were there. The property owners were fantastic and very accomodating. All round a great little home.

Our stay at Dimity’s beautiful Rye Apartment by the beach was rejuvenating and beautiful. The location is absolutely stunning, just a 5 minute walk to the beach. My family and I would make the picturesque walk every evening to watch the sunset, which made our stay even more special. Having the water so close really added a wonderful element to our trip. The house was clean and spacious, I had enough room to do my daily yoga practice outside. There was a BBQ on the spacious deck and the grounds felt very private. Overall we felt at home all throughout our stay. Buy your essential groceries locally, to cook family meals in the fully equipped kitchen or treat yourself at one of the many fantastic restaurants near by. It was also super convenient to have a bus stop on the main road, a short 2 min walk from the property that could take you into Rye or Sorrento, both great spots to explore. Dimity was super helpful and always available to us during our stay. Overall our experience was fantastic, a great location if you are wanting something out of the busy city and closer to some natural beaches and quiet towns. Highly recommend!
